samsung i700 and my mac :)
i am new to the pda/phone world, i have been a pocketpc user for a while, but am no considering either hte treo600 or the samsungi700 but i am on the mac platform. so back to my question. will the samsung i700 work with my mac?

About that i700 I am not sure. The entire OS is pocketPC based. I don't believe that the i700 has any listing to work with macintosh as pocketPC is 100% a windows OS.
The treo600 might work simply cause the palm OS is quite different from the pocketPC.

Thank GOD that I came in here. 🙂 The answer to your question is No and yes. The Samsung i700 will not work with the Mac right OUT OF THE BOX. However, if you direct your mac to www.markspace.com, you'll come up to a site called the Missing Sync, where you get get a conduit to sync your Palm or PocketPC-based PDAs to the Mac. Another added benefit: it works directly with iSync and the other iApp stuff.
