Downgrade to Android 2.3.5... 🙄
Android 4.0 and up don't support flash (and favor Adobe Air support) You won't get flash content to be displayed on either the android browser nor google chrome (not even firefox will show it)

There are also 3rd party apps on Google Play that enable Flash support on Android 4.0 (FLV players, SWF Flash players from 3rd party developers)
