LG 4400 echo
I just got this phone...I like alot about it...can hear well...BUT there's a very strong echo...any idea what might be causing that?

I noticed this too.
Its not so much of an echo on my phone as it is a *something* in the earpiece that I can hear in the background.. That could be due to the fact my right ear has hearing damage and I use the volume to the MAX on the phone.
On the other ear at volume level medium-low it's absolutely fine.
Still though there is no other phone I would use ATM. (considering I came from an LG phone from sprintPCS WAY back in the day)

Try this...sometimes it helps on our customers LG phones. Go to Menu, Setings, Call Setup, and choose Voice Privacy. If it's on Enhanced, change it to standard. I have NO clue why this works, but maybe 60% of the time, it solves or at least reduces the echo.
