So, who should I call to resolve this issue?????
Sent a phone to Nokia for repair last January. I called to do a follow up after 4-6 weeks. The rep I spoke with said that since the phone was not in stock to do a replacement, they would be sending a check for the pro-rated value of the phone. Told me it would take 7-8 weeks to receive it. Well that time passed and still hadn't received anything. So I called back. This time to find out they went ahead and shipped a replacement phone. Well guess what......the phone don't work!!!!!!!!!! It wouldn't register or activate on the Verizon network as it was not being recognized as a GPS compliant phone. So I called Nokia again. They tell me to send the phone back with a letter regarding what happened. Which I did. Last Saturday, I got a letter from Nokia saying that their replacemtne phone they sent me that doesn't work is out of warranty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm just plain pissed off now. Who know's where to direct me? I've talked to the repair facility, they directed me to another guy, who I have called 3x and left 3 voicemails for, and he's not returning my calls either.
HELP!
