how do i get the picture to come up when the person calls?
hello, i just got the 6682 today and i was wondering if you could apply a picture for a contact so when they call it pops up along with the number. i tried but i couldn't find a way. anways thanks in advance for you help.

If its like other Nokia phones (most likely) then you need to go onto the contact (contact list, then details) then press options and scroll down to add image.

I'm guessing you got it through Cingular, but even if you didn't, the tutorial there should cover that feature set.
