I have a 6102 and I love the phone but it has one weird little quirk in it.

The go to menu has a glitch. I set up all the stuff I use most often and find the menu extremely useful. I don't need voicemail in there as it's programmed to the 1 key. However, no matter how many times I remove it from the list, it puts itself back in there after a little while.

Anybody else have this problem?

Hi, I have noticed for a long time, That Cricket no longer offers Nokia handsets. Does anyone know why? maybe an article or a website where this is on explaing why?

I've had my 6620 for 1-1/2 years, and have been generally satisfied with it.

Now, however, it has started acting up. 😢

Sometimes, unpredictably, after I am done interacting with it (get off a call, end browser session, browse Gallery...), the backlight does not go off after the timeout period. If I don't notice it, the battery drains out in an hour or so.

Even turning off the phone does not turn the backlight off; I have to physically remove the battery and reinsert it for things to get back to normal.

Another issue - every now and then, the Bluetooth stack shuts down. I have to go into the Connect folder and restart it.

Clearly, since the phone is out of warranty, I am trying to avoid paying Nokia for any repairs (better...

I got one of these through a USC customer appreciation promo. I've been trying to work some bugs out of it. At first it wouldn't hang up using the button on the headset, now it does. It wouldn't answer using that button, now it does. It would disconnect from my 6255i instead of going to voice tags if I held it down. And now it doesn't charge. I have another from my manager in case mine takes a total dive. It's been having the same issues my original one had at first.

Has anyone experienced this? Heard of it? I'm thinking it's not charging because it's just not dead enough yet but I'm trying to use it a lot to see if that's the case.

This is my first thread. Just joined.
I am on an Edge plan and am very pleased. Have a 6360 which fits my old handsfree kit which I like.
I was told that the 6360 has more wattage than all other Nokias and that the FCC even sued Nokia over this. I can receive a signal with this phone in places I could never get with other phones I have owned. Since TDMA is on the way out it seems that the 6340i (GSM) would replace my 6360 and fit my handsfree kit. Don't want to give up the power but Edge is no longer making repairs to their TDMA towers.

I cant access the internet/email or mms on my nokia 6680. Can someone please help me...im on tmobile USA network...

ANYONE HAVE A 6111 they wanna sell? i am too lazy to go to ebay (not to mention im firewalled out) haha..

I currently purchased a Nokia 1100 SH and i'm having trouble deleting the Image messages it came with. Problem is the only option this FW gives me is to change the text associated to the messages and send them or keep them as templates.

Is there any way to permanently delete the damn things, or do i have to finde a FW that isn't a total prick about this?

I am having troubles Removing and Replacing my Nokia 3230 Casing/Housing/Facia.

I recieved the new casing as a gift for christmas, but as yet have been unable to put it on.

Below I have posted the images of my handset, to let you see what I am trying to do.

I purchased a T6 screwdriver which has taken the screws out ok. The two at the bottom and the one at the top left hand corner of the keypad area.

However, looking at the new casing it seems there is a fourth screw to come off, where and how does this come off?

Please don't say the LCD has to come off , as that seems really too dodgy and difficult.

so my 6682 is up for sale.

it has the upgraded Firmware Flash and is at 4.6

I have a brand new 6256i. My husband and I just recently purchased a blue-tooth adapter and installed it to our computer. Our phones are not connecting to the device. We have done all that it says to do. We entered our passkey and it connects for a second and then says device not found. Any other suggestions?? The bluetooth software is Iogear. Anyone know if it's any good?? Would love to hear from someone soon please. ☹️

Firstly, in reference to the camera cover at the back which is suppose to start the camera program when itz pulled down. Well it used to do its job alrite it still does but i guess the cover has become loose and so at times it shuts off when i take pics. Guess this is just a wear and tear problem coz if i hold the cover tite it works perfect any suggestion on how to get around this problem!!??



Secondly, my media key does not function when i press it! it does not even give me the tone sound which ur suppose to get when u press any button on the key pad! itz not tht the button is not workin coz i had the problem b4 and after formatin ma fone it worked but then over time again it has gone bad!! in options i changed the ...

My 1-1/2 year old Nokia 6620 has developed this problem recently.

The backlight stays on, and won't go off. This eventually drains the battery out.

Turning the phone off doesn't help either. The only way to turn off the backlight is to disconnect the battery.

Given that the phone is out of warranty, I don't know if it's worth the money to have it fixed. Has anyone else seen this problem? If so, is there a fix?

Last month i purchased a 6255i from us cellular. The promo was that if you bought the phone you got a free bluetooth headset. I filled out the form and sent it in along with a copy of the UPC from the box. If you go to nokiapromos.com to check the status it says it cant find it. Then it gives you a number to call which is a wrong number not even to Nokia. When i finally did speak to someone from nokia they said they have never heard of that promo. What should i do
