You will need to go purchase a USB data cable (it usually comes with MobilePhone Tools, which is software that can import pics, sounds, etc into your phone). However, you can also buy a bluetooth adapter for your pc and connect your pc and phone wirelessly, so you can transfer in the same matter as the usb method. (I'll supply you with the software if you do so.) The last thing you can do, is buy a SD Memory Card reader, put your T-Flash memory card in the SD-Adapter and put that in the memory card reader and then plug that into ur pc (take a deep breath). You can move your sounds or pics into the card and if you need to, copy those files into the phone.
