Well i just spoke with our motorola representative as well as the customer service number for their ALLPROMOTO contest that is running.
Whats ridiculous is our store sells a ton of motorolas, everyone in my store qualifies for tier 4 of their prizes...
However the ONLY people eligible to enter into the contest are NON exclusive dealer agents that are part of motorolas Bullsh*t "dealer council"..
What a load of crap for a contest.
Guess my store won't be pushing moto's for a while, or to put that in Moto's hip talk:

totally agree!! we were so mad at my store, how can moto do this?? i alone had 350 points through first week in december.
if we decided to not push their phones, it would hurt them a little.
only problem is people want flip phones, so annoying, give me a nokia anyday.

When we found out we were not eligible we sent them an email stating we'd stop recommending their product.
Our store will only sell Moto's if someone is dead set on having one. Even then we try to push them towards another product.
I only get paid for activations and features anyway.
