PST don't detect my C650!!!

I'm in Brazil, and I have a Motorola C650. I install the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools 3.11 and is OK, but the PST do not detect my cell...
All devices was installed (USB Composite Device, Assessories interface, Data Logging MCU Interface and Test Command Interface), but when I use "Flash & Test Commands" it says: "Invalid WIBU key or WIBU key is not present".
Help me!!!!

OK, I forgot to apply both patchs available. Now PST works.
My new problem is that when I try to upload a java game I receve the message "timer expired" "Download Canceled"!
The COM port is 3 on Control Painel and MIDway.
My path:
load app Java
connect the cable now
"JAL link Ativo"
I open Midway
"Open Jad"
"Send Jad"
answer: "timer expired" "Download Canceled"
Help me please?!?!?!?
