V710 / Blue Tooth Question

I have the V710 and the Jabra 250 BT headset. They work great together, but I can not get the V710 to recognize the advanced handsfree features of the Jabra 250 (Call Waiting / Hold, etc.). It just hangs up on the person with call waiting or shuts off instead of giving my the 2 beeps. Is this the fault of the much talked about poor BT implementation on this phone, or can the Motorola BT headsets handle all these advanced functions?
...
Probably the BT implementation. The Motorola headsets can't handle this functionality either. And I have the HS850 and it won't even handle it.

yes you can use the advanced features
to do this you need to repair the phone to the headset by the followin
hold down the volume up button and the answer button on the ear piece, the follow the rest of the pairing proccess to pair the phone and headset in advanced mode

Update, It does support full handsfree if you follow the Jabra 250 special pairing instructions perfectly. Make sure the phone is off before starting.

Please tell me your motorola v710 is not branded by Verizon... If it is, then I'll explain why your bluetooth is acting so. If not, then I have no clue what's up.

wow youve managed to bash verizon at every possible chance nixnexus without the slightest clue on the actual ability of verizon bluetooth, impressive really 🙄 , actually the jabbra headset is to blame in this case *not* the phone, sure the phone has issues im glad I ditched mine for the samsung global phone which I truely love but I had the moto brand headset that verizon offers and it could not do those functions and they told me the jabbra couldnt either.
