Razr v3xx screen dead -- need help retrieving numbers

I have a motorazr v3xx which worked for me great. Unfortunately, the phone took a tumble yesterday and the screen snapped clean off the hinge.
Fortunately (?) the phone otherwise works fine, and is able to send and receive calls, and presumably can still key commands etc.
All my phone's contacts are still stored in phone memory, so I can't get to it readily. Can someone please post the list of actions (up, down, left, right, enter, etc) to copy the contacts to the SIM card? Preferably, commands based from the system menu would be great. If there are other alternative methods, I'm game too.
