Problem with my new Motorola V180- Please Help

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. I just bought a new Motorola V180 with Cingular service about 2 weeks ago, and have put some phone numbers into the address book.

But I seem to have some kind of problem (tends to happen a lot when I scan through the phone numbers in the address book), where the screen suddenly goes blue for a few seconds then goes back to the main home screen, completely ignoring what I was doing or the menu I was just in. I have no control over this, the screen keeps going blue for several seconds at random moments. It has happened about 6 different times now. I cannot find anything in the manual about this. I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in, but it still happens.

if you're still inside your 30 days for return/exchange take it back to the store you got it from. The phone you have is defective and if you're inside your 30 days then exchange with the store is the only way to get a NEW phone. If you go thru Exchange by Mail they'll send you a refurbished unit. I'm really big against refurbs, every one I've ever seen is still ridden with problems. Besides if it were me I'd want a new phone, that IS what I paid for after all.
