I really really need some help. i'm probably being really thick here, but I can't set up my phone to download mp3s from my computer. Can anyone give me a step by step guide? I would be so incredible grateful. What i've done so far is I've downloaded the software from the CD onto my pc, and I've hooked up my phone with the USB cable, but when I try to transfer my music files over to my phone, it just doesn't seem to see them. Do they have to be in a particular format for my phone to see them? At the moment they are Windows media files and my handbook does say that my phone accepts these, but perhaps not. Any help is very gratefully received.
