Motorola V555 Pop E-mail Question
Hello.. I am new to the forum and a new V555 user. I just got my V555 phone last week.. Pardon me for asking a silly question.. It seems I have problems using my own Pop mail account.
I see my V555 has a setting to use a dial up internet account to access Pop mail. I try to use this feature and can't..
I talked to customer service and they tell me I must use my cellular carriers GSM service to access Pop mail from my home accout..
So I assume my cellular carrier is blocking this feature on my phone. Are they forcing me to use GSM to access my Pop mail account? I would assume they make much more money if I access my pop mail using GSM rather than normal airtime charges with dail up.. Or do I have something configured wrong?
