Motorola and clamshells, history?
I am looking a the new models from Moto and they are going the way of the bar. Why? Anyone know? is there that many problems with clamshells. Was Nokia right all along with its designs?

If I were to wager a guess.....it would be the advent of new features like camera and such that just make the "bar" type more convenient. I think the clamshell design will stay around, but not as the only choice.

right now the clamshell design is undoubtedly the most popular! For every candy bar style phone I have seen at least 20 clamshell style phones!
