Moto V330 / V551
Yesterday I bought an unlocked Motorola V330, which was made for use with T-Mobile. I'm a Cingular customer.
While I am able to make and receive calls and text messages just fine, I would really like to flash the phone with Cingular software so I can access Cingular's data network. Essentially, I want to make my V330 into a V551.
I have a USB cable, and I've read up on the basics of flexing and flashing phones, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some general advice before I flash the phone with a monsterpack I found on www.motomodders.net
What precautions should I take? How do I know I'm using the correct software (i.e. Software that will let me access Cingular's North America "MEdia Net" data network?
