Motorola DC800 and V710
Ok, I have been trying to speak to an AMERICAN at motorola and keep getting sent to India and Argentina and they just dont understand me and I do not understand them. I have the Motorola V710 and I have the HT820 BT headset. Well I guess the 710 will not work with the headset but will it work or will it do the same thing with the Motorola DC800?

HT820 should work with the V710, but only as a mono headset for voice calls (basically giving you no advantage over the regular BT headsets). The V710 does not support the A2DP bluetooth profile to stream stereo audio.
The HT820 does work with the DC800 and streams stereo audio from any source with audio-out RCA's.

No idea if you can use motorola gear with ht820 I'd guess so but with bt devices like BCM2035 etc. I'm having a hell of a time getting an audio stream to connect to them. They are great headsets but using them is a pain in the a$$.
