HAHAHA this will be released 4th quarter in the US (which would only be Cingular since this is a WCDMA 3G phone and that is the same time they will begin deploying their network) so much for Verizon getting the CDMA RAZR this one has it beat.

By the way, this phone came out earlier as the Motorola V1150 but they changed the name.
You are right about the Cingular option because I read a story in which the mock-up phone meant for reviewers to see had the name "Cingular" stamped on the outside!

OBEYMOTO is a software that comes with the V710 and the E815. It allows you to press a button and say commands to the phone, like call, camera, video, phonebook, etc and it will bring you right to it. If you say "Call" (or "digit dial" on 710), it will say "Say the number" and you can say any number.
Me: "5551234"
Moto: "Did you say: 5551234?"
Me: "Yes"
Moto: "Calling"
It's just really sweet.

I LIKE that feature & would want it on the phone I get, but oh boy... I can see how some people might want to bypass that very public announcement of whom they are about to call. 😉
BTW, I was researching some phones last night and there is one (cannot recall the brand and model!) that announces the STATUS of the phone. You say, STATUS and the phone tells you which carrier you are on and the quality level of the reception and one more thing........ maybe it was the battery level. Sorry to be giving you info on a phone that I cannot ID. 😁
