Where is the V710?

Just curious why Verizon yanked the Moto V710 out of circulation? Does anyone know?

Also, are they going to re-release it, perhaps with some improvements?

Thanks for any input.

The replacement to the V710 is the E815. The only thing that it lacks from the V710 is it's analog mode. This is a step to try and get rid of analog, a step in a long walk which must be made. Check out the E815 at your local verizon store or online. It's sweet.

Thanks for the heads up. I have heard that the E815 is a great phone.

Every now and again, I have to travel to "who knows where" in the US. It is not often, but when I do, it is good to have the analog capabilities as a safety net to stay in touch.

Last week I was in Walcott & Davenport, Iowa. Phone was in analog 1/2 the time.

I appreciate the info. Verizon is still the best carrier, hands down.
