GOOD NEWS: T-Mobile got the phone shipped to me in 2 days!! They told me 2 weeks.
BAD NEWS: I did not know that the accessories were NOT compatible with other Motorola phones. I now have to buy a new car charger, and new bluetooth headset. VERY frustrated at myself for not realizing that.

let me give you a tip, I had a simular experience some time back when I switched from one make to another. I now use the i-Go chargers (available at Radio Shack in the US) because these sell lots of different connection that just snap onto a universal unit.
All voltage changes and everything are handled in the interchangable tips.
Saved me a great deal of money seeing as I have gone from a Nokia, Moto, to an iPAQ and back to a Moto in the past 12 months.
As for your BT headset, I am sorry, I was lucky, have a Plantronics M2500 that is compatable with my PDA-Phone and Moto Razr
