Motorola

Hey, I just bought a New Motorola V635 and I'm trying to download some songs from the usb cable (i already know how to do it), but i jsut need to know how to change a ".wma" music file (mp3, i guess) to a "midi sequence" file so i can put it on my phone to put it on the mp3 player...(Do I need some type of program/software or something?)
