Does anyone have information regarding the relaese of the RAZR2 GSM? I have of two phones on the web so far. One of which was a phone that was renamed a "RAZR" to take advantage of the hype the brand has received. Another was an actual upgrade to the current RAZR.

Also check the discussion area. Rich suspects that the RAZR 2 could be sooner than we really expect right now. 🙂

So it looks like Motorola is planning three new RAZR's...

-RAZR 2 (no V# yet)
-RAZR V3X
-RAZR V3C (CDMA/Verizon)

Between the RAZR2 and the V3X, which is better? The V3X seems to offer a lot of options, but it looks thicker then the current RAZR. What amazed me were the two cameras, one 2MP camera for photos, and a second camera on the inside for live video conferencing. Does any phone even have that yet?

But the RAZR2, which the only info I've seen is the phone scoop news article looks thin with a few design changes and mentioned upgrades in the article.

Does anyone know which one will be better and if both will be offered by Cingular?

As for the two cameras, I am not aware of any Motorola phone with that capability currently out. And the RAZR 2 should be like the V3 except for the megapixel camera, updated OS, video capture, EDGE, and transflash memory card port. Right now I hear the problem with the new RAZR 2 is battery life. The new camera and OS apparently are draining the power to quickly.

As far as Cingular offering either phone, m...
