Ringtone's from Cingular can not be transferred from one device to another.

It is against EULA that you agree to when you download the song to your phone, but it is still possible to do it. You have to use a data cable and P2Kmanager. Dont ask me how, just google for the program and most likely you'll come across a board that has is posted how to transfer your mp3's.
