Dead-ish V710
Ok, it fell off a table, and got really f***** up. The top half of the housing wont stay, the black LCD cover is cracked in two places, the sub lcd still works fine, but the inside LCD is either blank and white, or shows up really badly. This would be the second time since may.
The phone can still make/receive calls but only if they call me or I know the number by heart. So, should I just pay the $50 dollars for a new one, or go in and demand a new E815 for free?

since it isn't a warranty issue. the free e815 won't happen unless you are real close to your upgrade. pay the $50 and ask them to replace it with the 815. might work.

if you have insurance i know you WILL end up getting an 815 or a LGVX7000BK via asurion.
