Antenna Removal V180 How To??

How do I go about removing the antenna on a Motorola V180? Just hold tight with pliers and twist? I want to use an external antenna adapter.

You shouldn't need pliers. You can use your hand.

BTW... ditch the V180. Those phones are pure crap.
