Cuz, I just posted a thread on this phone and then saw yours. I would have just replied to your thread. Anyways that phone is nasty. I am just giving you my personal experience with ebay. Buying phones is not a good idea. All the guys on there usually have garbage if it is a phone that is not out here yet. I would try ACS(American Communication Systems) based in Philly. They get their hands on everything and i have had nothing but success with them. Their number (610)321-2000. Good luck

If T-mobile does decide to carry it, they wont get it until next year. Cingular is the "exclusive distributor of this model in the US for 2004." That's only about a one month wait for other carriers though.
