need help SX66 can not make it work

Please help.... I can not make it works. All I can do is call in and out. I have serious problem and went to Cingular shop many times no one can help. What exactly can you not make it work?

I would also suggest that you move your request to the SIEMENS SX66-specific forum for additional assistance.
