Sony Ericsson

I picked up a SONY branded MS Duo (NOT Duo PRO) and when I put it in my phone id reads 0MB available. I have tried formatting it every which way using Sony and MS Windows XP software and it works fine in computer and reader but NOT in the phone???

Also, anyone have any idea when a FIRMWARE update is due for this thing? There are lots of quirks that should be addressed via FIRMWARE. Sony Tech Support is CLUELESS and Cingular Tech Support is worse!
