Contacts program deleted - where to find/reinstall - Titan

My CEO received one of our new PPC-6800's from Alltel and he promptly deleted the Contacts program.
Does anyone know where I can find this and reinstall to his 6800??

Since its a brand new phone i would just do a "Hard" reset to solve this problem
