I am looking for a windows based phone that does an excellent job of syncing folders and files with Outlook. Specifically I would like to take a voice note and have it show up in NOTES within the Outlook folders, or better yet, have a voice note/memo converted into text and show up as a text note within Outlook. Currently my Blackberry has to use Media manager to look at voice files (simply a media sound file) and even then I have to open and then browse the folders much like using Explore... on Windows to open and listen to the notes. This is very cumbersome.

Anyone doing this currently?
