HTC

I have had the 3 d for three weeks now and I seem to be the only person with problems. Love the interface, but am thinking I need to exchange or go back to 4g. It seems to be software issues, but after 3 visits to tech support, l'm thinking its the phone: 1. 3g quit (now working). 2.widgets for some apps disappear after phone is turned off. 3. Default action for contacts does not stay set. 4. Time on the main time widget is often one hour and two minutes slow.
Could the problems possibly be hardware related?
