just an update for ya too, verizon is still working on the new software so phone books can be transfered to the phones, its been a known issue since the phone came out, when i get the info about the release date ill make sure to post it for you guys

Hi, I got frustrated with Verizons lack of customer service so I ordered a program for my old Magnavox and a cable to copy my phone book to my computer and into my Outlook. I then sinked my Pantech phone and got it all done. I had many duplicates but that was better than loosing all my contacts. I was so mad at Verizon but what can you do but be mad. They dont care because there are not enough of us out here that were suckers enough to buy this phone with the bugs in it and no fix from them. I will not buy another Pantech phone as well I wont buy another Verizon label phone. I want a phone from a manufacturer like Motorola or Samsung that can make a phone that works.
