Motorola KRZR K1m

I have had my KRZR with Verizon since January. Like others on here, I am unable to get my phone to play individual ring tones that I got from Get It Now when I have the ring and vibrate featured both turned on. It will play the individual ring tones when I turn vibrate off. I wear carpenter jeans often, and I keep the phone in the pocket down by my knee, and I can't always hear the phone ring. I called Verizon to complain, and they told me that there was no update coming to fix the problem. Then I was told that this phone IS NOT SUPPOSED TO RING AND VIBE at the same time!!! Am I completely off the mark in thinking that this is a flaw with the phone? It will ring and vibe and play the default ringtone, but not the one I have assigned. If this...
