LOW battery...
The battery on this phone SUCKS! it only lasts me almost two days on a full charge. I played about 20 min of games...took 3 pics..1 1/2 hours of talk time and guess what, LOW battery!
The button delay on this phone is also rather annoying. But other than that I love this phone 🤨 Any suggestions?

turn down the screen contrast, enable some of the light shutoff timers.... oh and charge your battery

It could be a defective battery, but before coming to that conclusion follow what inurface said.

They work, I have one for my extended txting/mobile-web days with my e815... AA batts are cheeeeeeeap at Advance Auto Parts (24 for $4.8😎 Also RadioSham sells a 40 pack for like 14.99 that last just a tad longer and are probably less likely to explode...
