Contacts with Ringers

I set some of my contacts to have a different ringer than the standard ringer (ones in phone already ..surge etc..) but when that contact calls it reverts to main inger...anyone else with that problem

Please help

it doesn't work when the vibrate setting is on. turn off the vibrate and try again.
