NE2 at bestbuy

Hey guys,

I saw the KRZR on sale at BestBuy for $130. I have a NE2, and I'm wondering whether it's possible to use the NE2 at Bestbuy and get the phone for $30. Anyone know?

Unless something has changed NE2 can only be used on purchases made from VZW.
