Motorola KRZR K1

I've owned a krzr k1 from at&t for about four or five months. I've been happy with it untill recently. Now, for some reason, it randomly reboots, and today the iTAP predictive text stopped working completely. The TAP works fine, though. I would really appreciate some help.
