Problems with Time and Date
I recently got the K1, I thinks its a very cool, like the size and the features.
But one problem, I set the time and my location which is Montreal and it will just change on its own. Is there something I'm doing wrong or this defective. Any advice.

I've had my K1 for a month or so now. Really enjoy the K1 but the time thing bothers me. I live in Kansas City metro area,,, and when I went to NYC recently, the time on the screen never changed to the Eastern Time Zone. My old V3 changed as soon as I landed. Thus I changed it manually. On my retun to Kansas City, same issue. It never auto changed, I had to do it.
When Daylight savings time changed... the clock stayed the same for almost 48 hours before it auto changed.
I wonder if anyone on the Verison K1M has the time issue...

Typically, (in my experience) Motorola phones will not automatically instantly change the time on the display when you change time zones or during daylight savings. Usually, the phone will need to communicate with the network and update time settings which is sometimes done when you make or receive a call and definitely if you power the phone off then back on. In very case that I knew the time on my phone was wrong, power cycling it corrected the problem immediately.
