Can This Phone Browse Files on other bluetooth devices?

I was trying to figure out if you can access an other phone's files? Is this possible on this phone? I have a Sanyo M1 and it does that?

No, it can not. You would need FTP- Client to do that. It can send and receive pictures and other media over Bluetooth, and shoot them to a photo kiosk.
