UTStarcom Slice PCS-1400

I got this phone for a steal on Black Friday this year.($19) I had been using a K10 Royale and decided it was time for an upgrade. The slimness and weight of the phone is fantastic. Several of my coworkers want to play with it. I was disappointed with the built in wallpapers and ringers on the phone. I would love to strangle whoever decided on these ringtones. They are beyond annoying. I recommend downloading "Sirius" by The Alan Parsons Project as a cool generic ringer for this phone from the Virgin Mobile Website. I wish to hell you could get back some precious memory by eliminating crappy built in garbage ringtones and wallpapers. Also check out some of the outdoors wallpapers for some respectable desktops. The speaker is relatively clear and the features are good. I have been searching for a case for this phone and I am drawing a blank - I guess I'll have to find an aftermarket pouch for the SLVR (although the SLVR is slightly larger) C'mon Virgin and UTStarcom.... Don't you have a case ready for all the phones you release? 🤨
