Does anybody have a problem with the volume..I can barely hear it when it rings aaaahhh

I dont. And none of my customers have complained about it either. Its possible you may have a defective device. Make sure you go through the profiles and pick a loud tone and set the volume up. If you've done that then contact customer care and they will switch it out for you.
