Samsung SCH-U740 Alias

Got my sch u740 about a year ago almost. I purchased 3 ring tones for my cell about 3 months after that online. The ring tones where sent to my phone and worked great. One day every time I went to go play em they wouldn't. So i said ok no big deal i will just erase them and then download them again. I went to delete the ring tone and every time I tried it will stay there. Since this happened you can no longer buy ring tones for your cell phone from verizon online. So im stuck with 3 ring tones tracks in my ring tone lists that are 0kb each. Every time i go to erase them they wont. Even if I "Reset" the phone back to factory settings. Anybody know a way i can go in and carve these songs outta my ring tone list? I us 🤨 ed bitpim to see if the where in the MrInfo.db file and to my dismay they are not. Another strange thing is that the ring tones have a graphic of a bell on it like all the other ring tones but the background box is yellow not green. Anybody have a clue as what to do ?
