When is this thing coming out? nobody seems to know, i want to upgrade but trying to hold off for this phone.

I have bought a couple phones from this guy. They start at $20.00. I did the same. My old Nokia died so I bought an older one to get me by until this one comes available so I don't waste my upgrade discount. His phone # is (916) 247-0226.
