Nokia N75
It is advertised for sale on Nokiausa.com now, but it is listed as out of stock as of 4/12/07

This was the same situation as the N95 and last week the N80 my guess now would be expect the phone within 14 days. They may just be getting the phone stocked and ready. Both those phones are now available. I think this changed last night.

Well after seeing the Nokia Website I made a few calls and here is what I was told today.
The N75 Release is in May it does not have a release date yet but it had been scheduled as a May release. (That does make a little sense why it is on the rebate form now as it covers April and May) I hope that is wrong. Although a reseller I have used says he will get them in 45 days so it may be right.
AT&T want all phones to start to come out with the AT&T Logo that is one reason why so many delays. That is especially the case with NEW phones that have never been released e.g. the N75. When the N75 is released it will be primarily marketed as a Music (Media Phone) Oops it competes with the Iphone.

The only reason I want this phone anymore is because I've been waiting so long to see its release. If it had come out in november like it was suppost to, I probably would have bought it and then traded it in for another by now.

Maybe we will see this on the 25th or so at Cingy online. Why would they keep putting these webpages up then taking them down unless they have a release then cancel at the last minute.
My guess within a few weeks we will all be happy and talking of the wonders of the N75 but then we will all be discussing where to get the thing unlocked or flashed to get the good software from Nokia.

Well thats good, as long as it stays up! But how the heck is a phone get listed that has been going to be released for seven months get listed out of stock???? How could they possibly have no phones in stock!

Probably because everything they produced, they've sent over to Cingular. CTI-Miami, in their latest delay, mentioned that they got word from Nokia that there were production issues contributing to the delay.

I've been waiting so long for this phone that I wet my pants when I saw the phone listed for sale, then I looked over and saw "Out of Stock." Sh*t.

I just spoke to a Nokia rep and he said that when a phone states out of stock its usually on the way between the warehouse and them. I don't know exactly what he meant by that. He also said that phones that shows out of stock are coming soon, though he couldn't give me an exact date. I hope this guy is right. Anyone else called the Nokia number to place an order? That's the number I called.
