WOW!!! I GOT IT!!!
THIS MORNING I CHECKED PHONESCOOP AND FOUND OUT THAT IT IS AVAILABLE I LOGGED ONTO MY AC ON CINGY AND ORDERED IT. RECEIVED A EMAIL ON ORDER CONFIRMATION AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT IN ABOUT 3-5 DAYS AND I JUST CHECKED CINGY IT HAS BEEN REMOVED NO TRACE!!!. I WAS RUNNING LATE TO WORK WHEN I ORDERED IT WANTED TO READ ALL ABOUT IT BUT YOU CANNOT FIND IT ON CINGY WEBSITE. I AM REALLY EXCITED !!!!!

the assclown on the phone told me "it was available first come, first serve" and that it sold out before i ordered.

That is what I thought, but if you go to check the status of the order, You will most likely see it back ordered. I received another automated order update, and it states right on that page that the handset is back ordered. đŋ

Not only is your credit card showing pending charges, you are no longer allowed to upgade you line because it's already been upgraded. When the phone finally does come out, you'll have to call telesales and straighten it out. Just hope that the phone's not in short supply again because you'll miss it one more time.
