Samsung BlackJack SGH-i607

alright so I just got my black jack and i am trying to run my sync with outlook express. The damn thing keeps telling me that I have a problem and the code is 85010014. So i call cingular and they tell me that I have to call microsoft because they are idiots (basically). So i call microsoft and they tell me that I need to pay them $60 buck because it is a cingular item. I did a little research and nothing that microsoft says to do works. Anyone had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?
