I ordered my Samsung u-540 from Verizon over the phone and ordered a Music Essentials Kit with it. The kit I received says it "Supports Samsung A950 & A930 Phones" but it seems to work with the u540.

I installed the USB Driver Software from the CD in the kit onto my PC running Windows XP. I followed the instructions in the booklet that came with the Music Essentials kit and I was able to transfer songs onto the u540.

The music essentials kit works, but only after downloading an updated driver for Vista.
