PC Data Manager Available?

Has anyone found and tried a PC data manager for the SCH-u540? What software and what data cable did you use? I mostly want to back up the contacts data.

I should clarify because the link doesn't take you right to it:

Go to the second of three pages and click on Backup Assistant.

Thanks for your answer. However, I am looking for a way to backup & manage the SCH-u540 contacts on my PC. Something similar to Susteen DataPilot. BackUp Assistant stores a copy of my contacts on Verizon's site.
