I talked to a rep yesterday and she told me that this phone has not even passed all of the testing, and it will not be out until November. I really dont know, how this was figured if you were able to order the phone through customer service over the phone. So i dont know? Does anybody have any insight into this?

I'm holding mine as we speak. I think they're gonna release it on the 24th, online perhaps? I'm soooo glad I turned in my Q9m in for this. 😉

Is is a good or great phone? Also how is the battery life on it? And does it freeze up on you like the Treo's?

I would say, GREAT!!! I did mention that it came w/2 batteries, extended and standard. I'm still using the standard battery, haven't charged it yet. While its been less than a days use, no freeze up or any glitches new phones may go through. I'll keep you guys posted.

I think it was packaged that way. Try getting the sku's from the boy genius report or hofo. You might be able to squeeze the order through.
