windows 6.0 or 6.1

Hi I just read there is windows 6.1. What is the differnce between 6.0 and 6.1?

Windows Mobile 6.1 allows the use of Office 2007 documents (Word, Excel etc..) which, by default, are in a format differnt from previous Office documents.

Microsofts website lists whats in the 6.1 update.
